I love the ease of this product and that I can do situps without hurting my back and tail bone.

I like it, it's very easy to use and I think that with constant use it does give results.

Not easy unless convention exercises unless it’s done one way. Tricep kicks can be performed with band kicking back sn not overhead. overhead

They are resistant alright, I got them so I can replace the ones I had as they don’t work as well and let me just say using it for a few minutes into the work out they made me feel the burn of my thighs an legs. They work perfect for stretch’s or full workouts that involve the bands, I and very satisfied with them and wish I found them sooner as they give what they are supposed to be giving.

The resistance of all three bands are really good. I started with the easiest and worked my way up. Oh, and the colors a cute.

I would always use the ones at the gym and love them. However I’m now pregnant and don’t want drive to the gym 5 days a week and mainly workout at home and These are a game changer!! Resistance training with these bands are amazing! They work, and you can use them at home! Just buy them!

It's very easy to slouch over with the type of desk jobs most of us have. This keeps my posture much better.

It is good to have this back support with lumbar support together. Originally I bought.the one only with back support without extension to lumber, but I returned because it is not comfortable for wear. Then I changed to this one which ended me to ware every day. It is really helped me for the whole back support.
